The Resolutions team said my Bill would be £xx, but the actual Bill was £xx+.
When queried a week ago they have failed to reply, as have the Executive department!
It's not like they are short of excuses, those flow all too frequently, so what does it take to wake up those people?
Why do customers put up with such terrible service!!!!
Poor would be an improvement!
