Haven’t received my contract email

Hi, I signed up to broadband a few days ago but haven’t received the welcome email so don’t have an account number. The only email I have is the pre-contract forms. I was also expecting delivery today but have not received this or any communication from virgin media. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you've not received any contract documents and that Volt hasn't been added. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Hi,

I’m having the same problem. Still no confirmation email but I’m getting other emails from Virgin. Customer service tried to send a copy of the contract but I didn’t receive that either. 

Would appreciate some help

I am having the same trouble with my new account.  I have received the setup box and broadband is up-and-running but my contract has not been emailed.  Seems to be a running issue.  May I have some assistance please.
