Call Wait Times

Evening All,

Just wondering if anyone could let me know what the current call waiting times are for speaking to customer services?

I've tried to call and renegotiate my package several times this week at different times of the day and have given up after 45 minutes each time.  I'm calling the 0345 number from my mobile because I've not got a landline plugged in (don't use it!).

These three tracks are starting to bore a hole in my skull now. I'll dust off my landline and try 150 later but can I expect the same situation there too?

For anyone else wondering, my call was answered after 52 minutes.
Admittedly this was at peak times.
Hopefully this is useful information for others. 🙂
