Do you record incoming calls from Virgin Media Customers to your call centres?

I have an ongoing complaint raised with your call centre. They are telling me that my call was not recorded. I find this very hard to believe.

My understanding is that all calls "could" be recorded, but it's not necessarily certain that they are.
