When phone 150 it keeps asking for account number

Hi

Everytime I phone 150 from my house phone it keeps asking for account number and won't let me listen to my bill etc and puts me straight through to an advisor, can this be sorted so I get the automated service instead?

It's wanting my account number when I phone the 0345 number

Tried the 0345 number , I've put account number in and it's not giving me any options but to put me through to an advisor.

Thanks for checking for us. It's possible that we have changed the IVR service, however we will get this fed back.

In the meantime, we do have various different payment methods available and you can view your itemised bills online here. We cannot take payments over the forums, but we'll be happy to assist with any questions you may have about your bill.
