Move BT landline to Virgin Media

Hi, I have a BT landline and a VM landline (both operational). I now wish to port the BT landline to the VM landline but I do need to keep the existing BT number. I will then close BT account. Is this something the VM Community can help me with, please?

Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

If you wanted to port your number from the BT line across to the Virgin line we can set up a port request for you no problem, you just need to ensure the line with BT is kept active until the port is completed.
