Experiencing packet loss

Since Saturday I have been experiencing packet loss.

I Dowloaded a tool called ping plotter use it a reasonable amount at work. And to multiple destinations both via host name and IP address I was experiencing intermittent packet loss.

I don't drop packets to the router. 

Now II play alot of sim racing and packet loss such as this causes you car to disappear and reappear on track. Obviously leading to mine and another's races to be ruined as when I reappear often right in front of someone it causes a crash. 

I do not belive this is internal networking issues as all devices experience the same behaviour and none of the drop packets to the router

From all the posts I have read on here so far all showing the same issue. I am essentially now stuck with a service that won't provide a stable gaming experience

had an engineer come out today. Replace cables etc. No change in behaviour
