My NTL world email has been hacked & I need to change my password.
I tried logging on through VM but as I haven't been a client of Vm for a number of it would not let me.
I have scouted the internet to find a way to change password but can find nothing.
Please can anyone assist me as I am now not receiving any emails & I have some urgent ones I am expecting.

How long has it been since you left VM?
VM has been deleting email accounts, for ex-customers, much more rigorously than it used to in the past.
The official time frame is deletion from 90 days after you left (although some accounts do last longer)
