HELP!!! where have my emails gone???

I have been with Virgin Media for years, them having taken over NTLworld back in the 90s, my email address is a ntlworld.com address, but it has stopped working now, I cannot send, receive or even look at my mail anymore, be it on my computer or on my mobile phone.                                On the Virgin Media website it tells me that my mailbox is not available at the moment, it's been saying that for nearly a week now.

On my mobile phone I keep being asked to enter credentials for my ntlworld email address, then that tells me that there is a problem with account setup and that my username or password is incorrect.

Can anyone help me?

Have you followed the instructions in the mailbox unavailable message to change the password for the email address concerned?

Each email address now has its own My VM account

Secondary accounts changes now have to be made via the My Virgin Media account for the secondary email.

Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Account Settings then Account details. You should now see the options to change password etc.

If that isn't available try https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password

If no security answers have been set for the email address concerned then you will need to call in for support and select technical issues> email

You haven't said if VM is your BroadBand supplier ; To keep a VM/NTL email address you have to have your broadband supplied by VM
