I am no longer a virgin media customer so can’t log into my account but I am still receiving emails to my blueyonder email account so I know it’s still active. I can’t log in to make any changes so how do I close this email account so I know if anyone tries to email me it will send them an ‘undeliverable’ notification?

Have more than 90 days passed since broadband service was terminated; after which email accounts linked to service should be permanently deleted?

Yes, the service ended June 2022. I can no longer log into the VM account but I still receive emails.
