So I was hacked in my email address 2 days ago none of the virgin media agents can help me, I had my networks account since I signed up 16 yrs ago, all the agents giving me different answers, my secondary account I always use and it’s gone to the it where I gotta wait 5 days to get sorted, all my apps and bank are associated with my email address which as gone. I have my primary which I never use, I got no other email address that I use. What is happening. I can’t generate a password it won’t let me, just error all the time, I read this is a fault lot ppl experienced. Anyone can help me get my email address back.

Virginmedia have changed a number of things recently.
Firstly you will have to get a new email address for your MyVirginmedia account.

When you log into that account, is your secondary account listed? This should help you to access it.

Which I did get a third party email to sign in, it was only to sign in, should not of taken the email address that I use all the time, no my account is not there but it funny my daughter account still there but my secondary account that I use as gone.
