Secondary Email Locked

I have an issue with a secondary email.  As of just over a week ago when I try to access the account from my phone I get an account locked message.  I've phoned up several times, but never managed to speak to anyone, it directs me to online help that doesn't work because as soon as I try to do a password reset it asks me to use the primary account.  This is getting very frustrating, I think I need help from an actual person but that's easier said than done.

  • Hi. Was this ever resolved? Same thing happened with me and going arround in circles to fix.

    used to be able to manage via primary account but can no longer find the option. Following instructions to change log in email address to non-virginmedia domain, I still have no access. Any idea?
