Secondary email account locked out.

For some reason, my secondary @virginmedia.com account has been locked out.

I am going round in circles trying to resolve this issue. Other post's say to re-set my password but all that did was to change my main password @blueyonder.co.uk, which i did not want to do. Another post said to create a 3rd party account (GMail) which will redirect my @virginmedia.com, but all that did to create an additional email account. I thought the new password for the @virginmedia.com would be sent there.

Also, the live chat BOT asked for my WhatsApp account, but I did not receive any communication!

Reading other posts suggests I need to wait for someone at VM to read this and create a private message.

    Hello Bill333,

    Thanks for posting in regards to the issues with your secondary email account being locked, we appreciate the concern this can cause.

    If you have access to your online account, you can access this via a desktop and under email select the secondary account you're having he issue with and reset the password there. Have you tried this?

      Yes, as the account is locked out, the reset password procedure gets caught in loop with the error "email address or password error". As I can't get into the account, I would not see the new password.

      Also, as stated, I followed the instructions about using another account. When I log into the main account and go into the account settings, my @virginmedia.com account has no longer there and has been replaced by my @outlook.com address.

      When I try to re-create the @virginmedia.com account, I get a meesage saying that Virgin Media no longer allow additional email accounts!

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
