Secondary email account locked out.
For some reason, my secondary @virginmedia.com account has been locked out.
I am going round in circles trying to resolve this issue. Other post's say to re-set my password but all that did was to change my main password @blueyonder.co.uk, which i did not want to do. Another post said to create a 3rd party account (GMail) which will redirect my @virginmedia.com, but all that did to create an additional email account. I thought the new password for the @virginmedia.com would be sent there.
Also, the live chat BOT asked for my WhatsApp account, but I did not receive any communication!
Reading other posts suggests I need to wait for someone at VM to read this and create a private message.
