Change secondary account to primary account

Please could you advice me how to switch my secondary account to a primiary account. At the moment I struggle managing my email passwords as I registered my seconding accoint to the "My Virgin Media"

I have been unable to register or reset the password on my primary account

    Just to clarify for us please, are you wanting to change the email username you use to sign into your My Virgin Media account?

      Hi Vikki,

      I added an incorrect email address to sign into my account, which needed to be verified before I could change my password.

      I cannnot see an option to change this to the correct email address, whilst it still requires verification.

      Any help would be appreciated.
