Why do virgin media make it near on impossible to do a simple task of changing an email password that has been forgotten, tried so many times, but even after getting an email conformation to say the password has been changed, try to log in and get the error that the details are incorrect.
Even tried the online chat and after 6 attempts with CS's and being advised that it has been changed at Virgins end, same problem email and password are incorrect, absolutely crazy.....

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue logging in to My Virgin Media. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
