Hello,
I have signed up for a contract with Virgin Media for broadband in my new rental home two weeks ago. I have received the reference email for when I signed up and the pre contract documents, however I've had no further contact for an engineer visit which had been booked for tomorrow.
I'm also not able to register an account with Virgin Media / My Virgin Media as I've not been given a contract number (it's " - ") along with the area code (it's also " - ") on the PDF I've been sent through email.
I tried calling Virgin Customer Services but as I've not set up an account I can't pass the initial passcode/memorable word phase with the Robot.
Please help!

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
