So after giving up waiting on the phone today I joined the WhatsApp help chat, took over 4 hours to get a reply on there.
I wanted the email password changed on two VM email accounts which are not the main account email.
The chap assured me this was done and would work if I try in 2-3 hours.
Well guess what, 6 hours later and they still don't work. I'm not prepared to wait another 4 hours to try and speak to someone tomorrow so can a VM staff member message me on here and get this sorted ASAP.
I'm so fed-up with all the email hassle VM has caused. I'm desperate to get into one of these accounts to get some important information but I can't. It's beyond frustrating!
