Deleting old ntlworld email that was hacked

I have an old ntlworld account that was recently hacked and I'd like to get it deactivated and deleted. 

Can a member of the team please contact me to get this resolved?

Sorry to hear that your ntlworld email was hacked.  Just to confirm, has your broadband service account by disconnected for longer that 90 days?

No I have never been disconnected for any length of time in 16yrs with virgin.

I would have liked to been able to recover the email, if not delete it please
