I left Virgin Media on the 18th May 2024 and was under the impression that I had 90 days before the email box was removed and all emails permanently deleted.
I have tried to access my emails today and found that I have been disconnected! I have lost all my emails and I am in the middle of a dispute with Virgin Media, now there is no access! Was I informed wrongly about the 90 days?

No - It should still be 90 days. I'll flag this to the Mod team so they can get someone to try and assist.

Thank you for replying to my message. I am sorry but your private message has not arrived. I will keep an eye out for it though. I have also a further complaint I would like to pass on to you whilst I am here. I have received texts and emails asking me to return your TiVo Box and Reuter. These items were returned on the 29th May at an official Yodel agency. I have a receipt and also photographic evidence of the assistant receiving my parcel and as this was 10 days ago I cannot understand why Virgin Media have not yet received them. Can you please advise me what to do as I cannot access anything to do with VM as I am no longer a customer.

Hi @Margela,
I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble. I can see that the private message has definitely been sent to you by my colleague so it will be sitting in your inbox awaiting a response.
To find the private message inbox, if you're using a PC or laptop you will see a plain envelope icon beside the profile image at the top. If you click on that it'll take you to it.
For a mobile device, you will have to click on your profile image and then select your inbox from the drop down menu that populates.
