When I go to reset my email password, the system keeps telling me that I should "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media".
I am doing so. I am still receiving emails on my phone, but cannot log in on my laptop, nor can I change the password.
Is there any fix here?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear of any email issues. Depending on if the email is listed on an active cable account (broadband and TV), this email may have been set for deletion as per the T&C which state for an email address to remain active, it must be on that active account.
