I phoned the virgin customer services and selected the moving home option, I was on hold for 10 minutes and the line just cut off.
I phoned the virgin customer services again and this time selected the remove a service option, I was on hold for 50 minutes only to be told the customer service agent didn't have the authority to cancel my contract and I'd have to call back tomorrow.
Today I tried the chat bot. It's been 45 minutes since the bot said 'you're in a queue'. I've had no response to further messages.
I'm moving home into a house which already has WiFi established. I just want to cancel my contract. Any ideas?
