Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
Sorry to hear of any WiFi issues.
Have you used the Connect App and ran the wireless scan in every room of the property? If so, let us know the results please 🙂
We've ran checks as well and everything fine aside from it's showing there is a parallel WiFi network in your property and this could be causing wireless issues.
