Hello,I have recently purchased an O2 product that qualifies for a broadband increase from M250 to M350. I can see it reflected in my package but when I run a speed test it is still running at M250?

M350-M500 Volted Contract Terms.

Why such short Contract Terms since recenly being Volted to M500.I had thought via e-chat that it was new 24mth Term.Yet recent VM email suggests I'm free to go....p.s. Until other providers have MDU Access there is No competition.

Where has Pluto TV gone?

So a couple of weeks ago Virgin Media fees go up by an above inflation amount, then this morning Pluto TV is gone from the programme guide, 100+ channels gone at a stroke! Shouldn't Virgin Media monthly fees go DOWN if they cut 100+ channels?????
