c133 again

Anyone any idea how to sort c133 regular issues  ?

tried all the normal reboots  and sacrifices  ....

checked logs and it looks like a network issue nornal ranging response errors that we see   - but  status page says all is working fine

The network logs on the hub only tell you how the hub is connecting to the CMTS at the local headend. If your internet is working normally & you are still getting issues the problem is usually related to your home network.

First thing to look at:

V6 boxes work on a network that is internal to VM, so DNS addresses used for the boxes should VMs & nobody else’s, nor should they be put through a VPN, which sends data outside VMs network & makes it impossible for them to connect.
