Did I order a new remote for V6?

Hi, my TV remote is acting up. I went online a week ago on my mobile to order a replacement, which said it would be free of charge, but the app crashed before it was completed.

I then went on my PC to try and order a replacement again, but it said that there would be a charge of £9.99, as I had ordered one in the last 12 months. I have not done so, so wondering if the first request did actually get through?

Check on your MyVM account. It will show any outstanding orders.

Thanks jpeg1. It shows no orders outstanding, so I've ordered a replacement for £9.99. It says I have had a replacement in the last 12 months, which I haven't had, but hey ho, it's Christmas.
