Ordered Remote,got a cable!

Can this Company get anything right ?

I ordered a new remote and power lead last week , agreed to pay £9.99 was told delivery in 3-5 days.

Today I receive an envelope with a co-oxial cable !!

Back onto Whatsapp and they admit to the error. Then had a very confusing exchange about return of the cable and re ordering the correct items. Now have an order number which does not show up.

Will see what I receive if anything next week...

    Hi @John_GS

    Unfortunately still not sorted , I have received the remote control , but so far instead of receiving a power cord / AC adapter to connect from the wall socket to the TV360 box to power it as requested , I have received 1 x coax cable , 1 x HDMI able , and 1 "PSU (Power Supply Unit)" which is to make the wall socket live.
