No Signal from 2nd v6 box

On our wavelength

There is no signal going to the TV from my 2nd V6 box upstairs.

i have checked all connections are tight and firmly in their sockets, tried changing HDMI port on TV, tried a different HDMI cable and repeated the process using a different TV with no joy.

The power light is on, and I can see the box and access its recordings on  V6 box downstairs.

Suggestions please.

Have you tried swapping the V6 boxes around, and checked if either or both are working in the two different locations?

Thanks. Tried the second box downstairs and no signal being output. My guess is HDMI socket on V6 might be the issue. Looks like I’ll have to call the helpline and be told to turn it off and on and a whole load of other stuff and nonsense before someone acknowledges the box needs replacing.
