2nd TV box installation

I had virgin TV installed a couple of years ago, and a second box was included but I had nowhere to put it at that time. The engineer  advised to call when I was ready to have it installed.  I've had a garden room built and would like the 2nd box in there, how do I arrange the install with Virgin as I can't find any way of contacting them.

    I have booked you in for the next available appointment and sent you details of the appointment via direct message. 

    Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this by replying directly to the direct message and we can support you further. If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.

    When your original box was installed, did the engineer leave you with the additional box at the property so it's there ready or did he just advise to call us when you were ready to have it installed?

      Thanks for replying. He left the box with us and said to give you a call.

        I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to get the additional box installed for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
