V6 box stuck in startup loop box not been plugged in for 2 weeks now can't find anywhere on my virgin media app to book and engineer. Any advice welcome.

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also text VM on 0753 305 1809 or use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.
Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services, often taking 4 to 6 hours, but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.

You do need to call to report the fault - any TV box stuck in a startup loop has a problem.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from another phone, or staff should respond on here in a couple of days.

V6 box stuck in loop on start up waiting for staff response but after 3 weeks still nothing don't want to contact by phone don't like speaking on the phone does anybody on here know how to contact them to book an engineer online

Hi the box is switch on but is just making a noise and keeps starting up then switching off again think we need an engineer visit
