Usual issue of poor signal, taped programmes not playing, error messages etc. Last time this happened I needed an engineer. It’s been getting worse over last two weeks. My last nerve is past frazzled and is now tired and fed up.

Could you explain the issues you're having with your TV service?
Any specific error codes you're getting, and when you're getting them, would all be useful.

The problems with TV is mainly due to poor signal to V6. Engineers can rectify this but it doesn’t last that long unfortunately. Will likely need another engineer visit. I was provided with boosters but they are incorrect. I will need to request replacement.
