Sky Sports UHD Channels not showing

I’ve just signed a new contract and added Sky Sports UHD to the package. The start date was 11th October, however I am still unable to access these channels. Do I need to do something to activate them?

Do they show up in the contract? Best call them to resolve as they should be on if in contract.

Yes got the email through yesterday and showing on the contract. Oddly though when I login it still says ‘your contract has come to an end’. Guess I’ll have to call.

Can you access the Sky Sports HD channels? If so did you have them before you upgraded to Sky Sports UHD,

Have you tried rebooting your 360 set top box?

Normally any contract changes/add-ons placed over the phone are actioned immediately unless you are also receiving new equipment, in which case the add ons aren't usually actioned until the new equipment is plugged in and activated.

If you placed the contract changes/add ons by any other method then it can take 10 days to be actioned as the chnages are made by backroom staff.

When you receive your new contract  the Sky Sports UHD add on will be shown separately as per the screenshot below.
