Identical issue. Box swapped 3 times now in past couple of weeks. Like to know what the fix was

Not sure what they did with the box as they didn’t change it again but we ended up with new cable outside from pavement to house

Problem with box only recording single episodes and not series links but only on certain programs. Seems to now be resolved after an engineer visit. Apparently was a software issue.
