This will tell you the speed from VM. https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ Re: Virgin 360 box has deleted all recordings + planned recordings.....again!!! You need to call it in - the hard bit is getting to speak to somebody who will not stick to their script. It seems it is a known issue and the box needs replacing, Re: Recordings deleted My mother's box did this last week - all saved and planned recordings. CS were useless as the person - who had obviously never even seen a 360 box - said that she had set her 'auto delete' settings wrong. He would not budge from that statement and so no progress on this route. The fact that planned recordings had gone to was not on his script so he would not continue. Eventually, through another call, got to speak to somebody who said faulty box and got it replaced. I usually say that the "wait for a forum mod" can be a slow router - but may actually be your only route when VM is one of the now many companies that use call centres which do not have the resources to help many customers and also refuse to progress the issue! Re: No sound on TNT channel 527 There were two different issues here: 1: Channel 527 had no sound at the beginning of the event but was fixed soon afterwards. 2: TNT Sports kept loosing audio of their Dolby audio track on ALL platforms - Sky, VirginMedia, EE/BT and Discovery+. PCM 2.0 was fine so many were not aware of the issue. Re: Disney Plus not working since upgrade to hub5 Worth checking that 'Parental Controls' are OFF here - Essential Security Re: Netflix hacked Netflix being hacked is very common - doesn't matter whether you go via VirginMedia, Sky, direct or any other payment route. Usually ends up in Spanish. You have to contact Netflix xustomer services via their website to get the account restored back to you. Re: Ordered Adult Content by Mistake You have to enter the PIN twice to do that - once to enter the adult zone and a sexond time to buy the programme. Re: Wrong Time on Handset since moving to Digital Voice I wonder if this will ever be resolved Re: Virgin 360 Video Settings One of the things lost in the move from the TiVo/V6 software to the 360 was the automatic video setting. Most tvs can do a better job of upscaling then the VM hardware can. Re: Virgin media boradband available next door but not connected to new property I wonder if the cabinet is full
