Re: 2.4ghz & 5ghz intelligent pods I've used them but now have them turned off on my account. They do provide a wider range of coverage around the house - but not really sure where 'intelligent' comes from. Your VM hub as to have all the wifi defaults set and you can not split bands - you can't do any customisation of your wifi. Re: Netflix hacked Netflix is always being hacked - Spain seems the most common location of the hackers. It doesn't matter whether you pay via VirginMedia, Sky or EE/BT. You need to get in touch with Netflix themselves to get the issue fixed. Some unhelpful support and Netflix will tell you it is a VirginMedia issue. I think all VirginMedia can do is stop the payments - they can not access your Netflix account. Netflix: How to keep your account secure Re: YET AGAIN - Virgin 360 box has deleted Recordings My mother had this issue and got the 360 replaced. Seems it is a common issue on the early 360 boxes. Re: Extra 360 point Why not just get a second (wireless) box? Re: Red light on front of 360 box advice needed Is this while watching tv - when it should be white? A red light shows the box is in standby so you are not watching it on the tv - but the box is doing something in background. It could be recording or being accessed from a remote device. I would not expect a red light 24/7 - but they boxes are often doing things behind the scenes. Re: Loss of recordings and planned recordings It's a regulary reported fault with the 360. Re: Soild red light The red light will only go out if there is nothing at all happening in the box. If any recording is active or the box has only just gone into standby - the light should be red. Are you saying that the red light stays on when you are using the box? Re: log in changes today re O2 and virgin Media The should have also done some proper testing on the new setup before releasing it. It seems to have caused many subscribers major issues trying to access emails and their accounts. Re: Unable to access my email on my normal laptop I found it working last night so OK now. I guess this was VirginMedia releasing now login routines without the being tested?
