Netflix is always being hacked - Spain seems the most common location of the hackers. It doesn't matter whether you pay via VirginMedia, Sky or EE/BT. You need to get in touch with Netflix themselves to get the issue fixed. Some unhelpful support and Netflix will tell you it is a VirginMedia issue. Is this while watching tv - when it should be white? A red light shows the box is in standby so you are not watching it on the tv - but the box is doing something in background. It could be recording or being accessed from a remote device. I would not expect a red light 24/7 - but they boxes are often doing things behind the scenes.Re: Unable to access my email on my normal laptop
Same issue here and called CS who confirmed a general email and account access issue. I'vwe not changed my password - in fact the login doesn't even get to ask for a password before the error appears. Not sure why the forum mods have a different answer ???
