Added sky sports to my package on the 27th October 2024 and the channels are still blocked

If you used the update option through your box or the web it will raise a request in a stack for an agent to update your account, which can take several days.

Webchat & phone requests usually go through straight away.

Welcome to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear you've not received the Sky Sports channels yet since adding these to your package. 

How did you make this request please? Was it through your online account, via the set-top box or did you speak with an agent directly?  if you ordered this online/through the set top box this can take up to 14 days to be actioned and applied to the account.
