I just added TV to my broadband package. I tried to book an engineer when I ordered it but it didn't seem to work so I received the quick start package. I need to change where the line comes into my house as the tv splitter cable isn't long enough. Could you arrange for an engineer to visit to move my line please.

The quickest way to arrange this will be to call in (150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone)
Otherwise, VM staff should be along to arrange this, but it might take a few days. I'm assuming this is quite a recent QuickStart install?
