Why can’t I connect to Sky bet on 4G

I connect to Sky bet in the house on WiFi but when out I can’t connect.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues connecting when not at home.

 

I can see @Graham_A has given some good advise around checking the parental settings.

 

Has this resolved the issue for you?

 

If not, could you please let me know if the issue only happens with that particular site? Or if this happens with other sites/apps?

@stevelowe  Have you checked your Virgin Mobile settings to check if parental controls have been turned off?  If they are on this may be blocking betting sites.

Issue not resolved. It’s only the Sky bet site that I have issues with

Could you please delete the cookies and cache on Safari and try again?

 

If that doesn't work, please can you try a different browser?
