I am trying to log into my virgin mobile account but keep getting the following message

Please verify your email address

We haven't been able to verify the email address you used to log in.

 

I have checked my emails and spam but not had it through even though i have re requested it a few times

I am having the very same issue. Despite that I just received a verification email for this log in??. So frustrating

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your verification email coming through, has anything changed since last night or are you still waiting for the email this morning?

I stil havnt had an email through despite contacting virgin via the online chat. I have tried to log on every day and tried to get a verification email resent but it still hasn't come through
