How do I view outstanding balance

Can't view my credit agreement either, I don't have the email anymore which says the agreement number and security key, would like to go on a chat with a real person please

    In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

      I have been trying to also find the security key and credit agreement number and have not been able to get it. I have searched through all emails and paperwork and have still not been able to get any information 

      could you please help to resolve this
