Sim 1 not provisioned, random issue

Hi

I have received a message on my phone on the 30th June with "Sim 1 not provisioned".  I've tried restarting the phone, turning airplane mode on and off, re-inserting the sim and even trying the sim card in another phone but nothing has worked.and I am still without mobile service and therefore cannot make any phone calls, etc
