I have an oppo Reno 4 mobile phone I can get WiFi calling with my O2 SIM but not with my virgin SIM. I can't understand why as both are activated on the phone.

Can I ask if the SIM is linked to a business account?

No it is not linked to a business account. It is a monthly private contract. But my 02 works aren't O2 and virgin linked now.

O2 and Virgin are linked but still running separate systems.

Virgin need to check that WiFi Calling is activated on your account.

I'm having the same issue o2 sim and partners Vodafone sim both work in my phone. Would you be able to check WiFi callings settings are enabled please pm details you need
