Hi I'm not recieving any signal or mobile data. My phone is saying there is 'no network' I can't phone 789 to see what's going on because I have no network. It was working fine last night up until I had a message from my bank then it all just stopped working.

Have you tried reloading into the network.
Good way is to go into networks and select manual then try to log into any network but virgin and let it fail. Then try logging back into Virgin.
