I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your roaming service whilst in Greece.
Can you please confirm if roaming was activated at least 24 hours prior to leaving the UK and if when completing a manual network search, do other networks appear as available?

Can you please advise which networks are showing available when performing a manual search? Also, has the roaming service been activated on the account prior to leaving the UK?
If yes, did you receive a text message once you arrived at your destination?

Hi Nat, thanks for coming back to me.
Yes, roaming is always on on my account.
Available networks are Wind GR, Vodafone GR and GR Cosmote.
I didn’t receive a text. I’ve no data or mobile signal at all. Haven’t had any since I arrived.
My wife, on Vodafone, has full data as normal when we go abroad.

For Android:
Select Apps from the Home Screen
Select SIM Toolkit Icon
Select Roaming
Select Select Mode
Select Manual
Select International-you are done, go back to Home Screen
To Switch back when in the UK:
Select Apps from screen
Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon
Select Roaming
Select Select Mode
Select Automatic and go back to Home Screen
For iOS:
Select Settings from the Home Screen
Select Phone Icon
Select SIM Applications
Select Roaming
Select Select mode
Select Manual
Select International and you are done, go back Home screen to retry
