Hi Bid1, I have exactly the same issue, I’ve just started subscribing to Sky Sports UHD and I’m getting the same CS2012 message. I’ve tried a different HDMI lead, altered my stream HDMI resolution settings, been in touch with customer services ( not a good idea ) . Super picture when it’s working then the error message pops up. Sorry I can’t be any help, I’m in the same situation I’m afraid.826Views1like3Comments
