International roaming

I am due to move to O2 this week but I am travelling abroad before the switch. I want to turn on international roaming on my Virgin Mobile account but it has a soft lock on so I can't change it. Any ideas on how I can turn on international roaming?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble enabling International Roaming due to a Soft Lock on your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to override this to prevent any data errors during the migration, and it would be a case of calling O2 to remotely enable this once the migration has been processed and completed.
