Someone used my identity to order an iPhone 14 at my old address. Thankfully I was at the address at the time and received the phone. They then sent an Uber driver to pick up the parcel. I went to the police and reported it had a crime number. Reported it to virgin, but still today I am still with a bad credit on my account trying to resolve this problem. Can someone contact me to resolve this this happened since February 2023!
