I have this message S101, have done a full reset, but it's still here. Any ideas please?

Firstly, you've posted in the V6 forum but referenced a TiVo. Which do you have? Check here if you're not sure. The 2 boxes connect differently, hence asking.
Has this problem, suddenly happened, or has something been changed that could have triggered it? As per error code help this is caused by a missing connection.
All VM TV boxes need 2 connections...
1: A physical co-ax cable carrying your live TV channels
2: An internet connection for OnDemand, streaming & various updates. V6 & TiVo handle this bit differently.
