Hi, I can't seem to turn on Web Safe. When I go to the settings page and click to turn on, I get the message " Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again"Can somone advise on a solution?
Child safe
Please can someone help.I've tried every browser under the sun I've rang 150 and got no where. I cannot set the child safe tab on I just get a message to say it was not saved and to try again.

Web safe settings not working
I am trying to turn on the web safe settings but it's not working. I keep getting the message seen in the attached picture. How do I turn them on?
Media hub 3 overheating
My mediahub has had a red 'overheating' light on for several days. It is well ventilated. Virginmedia (not customers), please advise (I have read the similar posts).
