Please can someone help.
I've tried every browser under the sun I've rang 150 and got no where. I cannot set the child safe tab on I just get a message to say it was not saved and to try again.

Whilst waiting for the forum team to help can you confirm if you are able to browse to https://protonvpn.com
FYI, by default sites that hide your public IP Address (like VPN services) are blocked, i.e. if the site fails to load then Child Safe is on.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear you are havign this issue, can you confirm have you tried via both the app and our website to do this? If so have you cleared your cookies and cache and tried a different browser to get this working?

What AS Name value is reported when you visit https://1.1.1.1/help? If it is not Virgin Media look at the device's DNS configuration, i.e. let DNS be automatically set.
FYI Child Safe (Web Safe) requires use of Virgin Media's DNS
