This might not be the right place, but I am a Customer in Ireland, and have started a work-from-home job, but they require a certain latency below 30 ms. 

 They require speed checks with the following web site https://speed.cloudflare.com/

The data centre it keeps pinging is in Italy, which seems like madness to me, how do I change this to Dublin?

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
