i recently ordered a quickstart kit but have heard nothing of yodels delivery and have no account set up to track, i need help please asap as ive already wasted many days without it and cant move into new home until set up

If urgent ring in on 0345 454 1111 (local call usually out of a mobile tariff for included minutes) or 150 from cable landline phone.

Someone from VM will be along anywhere from a few hours to 3 days on here (usually within hours).

unfortunately this didnt help me, as its for landline numbers needed , which i dont have, plus account number, which i dont have. so helpful to anybody who does
